Warranty Administrator- رام الله



Established in 1995, BCI was founded to meet the needs of emerging regional ICT markets with a sound knowledge base and a strong network of global partners, BCI has since evolved into a regionally recognized advisor and provider of top of the line services and solutions spanning a range of sectors. BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:
Warranty Administrator-Handset     Ref. No (HR-WA-2)

Main responsibilities:
-Checks and control the daily KPI's and to forward it to the technical director and technical manager.
-Reports daily all pending cases within all service centers to the technical services manager and SELV.
-Communicates with SELV team regarding any opened jobs on GSPN.
-Prepares daily, weekly & monthly reports, showing all KPI’s at Technical Services & Customer Care Department.
-Checks the KPI's (LTR, RRR, TAT), analyze the numbers and accordingly report it back if there is any exceeds the settled KPI's.
-Trains all new comers (customer care agents, technicians) on GSPN system.
-Administrates all GSPN accounts & users at BCI.
-Controls any errors or bugs within the system until be solved.
-Communicates the system admin in SELV regarding any bugs in GSPN system.
-Monitors the process of creation warranty claims in all branches, and send a bi-weekly report for all jobs, which need warranty claim.
-Communicates with Technical services & customer care team regarding any wrong data on GSPN, which affected on warranty claims.
-Registers all mistakes in a separate sheet to be considered in monthly evaluation.
-Modifies the wrong claims on GSPN.
-Communicates with SELV warranty team regarding any on-Hold claims.
-Prepares a monthly report showing number of accepted & rejected claims, in addition to the cost of losses, with analysis of rejection reasons.
-Sends all accepted warranty claims to Branch Supervisors & Forecasting Supervisor for the quarterly audit, that conducted by SELV.
-Reviews the monthly warranty invoice, and confirms the invoice amount.
-Controls and audit any wrong claims and correct it on the system.
-Arrange the daily SMS to the customers.
-Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in computer science, IT or equivalent.
Approximately 1-3 years as system administrator.
