France is a French based humanitarian international agency was founded
in1992, assists the poorest people through its emergency relief,
rehabilitation, development & child welfare programs in over 30
countries wherever humanitarian and social needs exist regardless the
race, religion or gender. Secours Islamique France (SIF) invites
application from qualified international or national applicants for the
following post:
Post Title: MfP Project Coordinator Post Type: Full Time Location: Gaza Strip Duration: 9 Months (with possible extension) Department: Projects Division
MfP Project Coordinator (Ref #: 2013/05/ MfPC) : to be responsible for the overall management of the MfP Project in Gaza Strip.
Qualifications & Experiences:
University degree in health, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years progressively experience in similar field as project coordinator.
Experience of developing links with NGOs; INGOs, government agencies & other stakeholders.
Experience of and commitment to participatory management and maintaining a supportive, open environment to ensure the transferring knowledge & development of all staff.
Experience in project’s planning, implementation, evaluation & budgeting
Experience in proposal, & report writings and fundraising.
Skills & Competencies:-
Commitment and sympathy to the plight of the poor and disadvantaged people.
Energetic and able to work under stressful conditions meeting strict deadlines.
Ability to work on owns initiative as well as a part of a team.
Excellent written & spoken English as well as Arabic, French is a plus.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, & internet.
Ability to move between West Bank & Gaza Strip.
Respect for confidentiality, with diplomacy, communication and negotiation skills
Broad knowledge & understanding of Islamic principles as they apply to relief & development issues.
