Announcement for external evaluation of NPA’s approach in humanitarian
assistance
Norwegian People's Aid - Palestine (NPA) is currently seeking to
evaluate its approach in the humanitarian assistance in Palestine that is funded by the Norwegian
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
NPA is looking for qualified international and/or local consultants
whether individuals or firms to carry out this evaluation based on the Terms of
Reference available upon request from NPA; interested consultants/firms can receive
a copy of the terms of reference by sending email to palestine@npaid.org with
the subject line: “Humanitarian Program Evaluation” no later than 31st May 2014.
The offers to be sent via email to NPA Palestine and should include the
following;
• Technical proposal in English which contains a proposed evaluation
methodology and implementation plan.
• Financial Offer in USD including VAT. The financial offer should
include a detailed budget based on the activities defined in the scope of work.
Please make sure that your offer includes:
• Overview of your company and its expertise in doing external
evaluations or similar assignments.
• Recent final report for similar assignment showing previous
experience.
• CVs of the experts/consultants who will carry out the tasks included
in the terms of reference.
