Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Create and Manage users.
-Act as first line of support for the systems.
-Open Tickets with the vendors if problem can’t be solved internally.
-Manage Change Requests and communicate it with the vendor.
-Testing new added functionalities for the systems.
-Upgrade systems.
-Apply patches.
-Train end users.
-Review system logs and notifications.
-conducting user acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately.
-Working closely with analysts, designers and staff.
-Any other Techno functional operation and support.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years Oracle ERP Experience.
-Experience in PHP and .net technology is required.
-Experience in Oracle DB and Microsoft SQL Server is required.
-Experience of maintaining application and a commitment to quality management.
-Good knowledge Web technologies (IIS, Apache).
-Good knowledge of SQL and PLSQL.
-Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills suitable for a diverse audience, with the ability to communicate in a positive, friendly and effective manner with ‘technical’ or ‘non-technical’ users/ customers.
-The ability to gather, collate, analyse information effectively from a range of sources to present and offer knowledgeable workable solutions.
Skills:
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Excellent Team work and organizational skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
